Horrible customer service!! Me and my family come here pretty often but don’t think we will be returning. Me and my mom ordered the Pumpkin chia pudding parfait to share we took one bite and spit it out it had a very strong chemical after taste. I took the parfait to the counter and asked if we could please get something else due to the horrible after taste. The girl was not nice and told me no that if I wanted something else I could buy something different and that taste is just how the pumpkin is made ?? I have worked in the food industry and that is not how you treat a customer I mean at least if you want them to return ….. so I sadly don’t recommend this location anymore at all :( Also no manager on site to speak to or contact information ??

Protein waffle (mini waffles) Jam Slam and strawberry acai bowl (Radiant Raspberry) was awesome - large quantity :)

First time trying Nekter Juice Bar. Before ordering, I asked customers what they were eating. I ended up ordering something off the menu instead of customizing my dessert. Next time, I might pick out my ingredients. Seems like the customers I asked customized their dessert from young to adult customers. I look forward to visiting this juice store to try something else.

We had their Almond Butter Açaí bowl, split into two portions and it was probably the best bowl I’ve had in town. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Will come back here again soon to try the rest of the menu.

The Acai Superfood bowl was amazing!!! It can get a little congested with people but being patient for your health can go a long way in the future. The staff move with a purpose and are very friendly as well. I paid about $10 for the Acai Superfood bowl and remember folks, you are what you eat when comparing $10 worth of food somewhere else!!!
